yeah so this is frank, or at least thats what i think his name his. he works along with asad/lion/neo on times square drawing hats for the tourist...


ok, what post work was done,
opened in raw
some skin smoothing done using a surface blur layer and mask
black and white layer using cs3's black and white layer set on green filter
grandient map using black and white to bring out contracts
levels to bring out whites
another gradient map to tone the background
layer on top of the original image in color mode to color his face

*phew*

all of that done in a half hour after getting home from the bronx...
